Bag the Baggie!  Choose to Re-use! Such are the slogans of http://www.kidskonserve.com/, a new green enterprise which could (and should) spur copycats. Madames Claxton and Julian surely deserve their Girl Scout green entreprenur patch.

This month’s Entrepreneur magazine has a great tie in to the Newsweek special issue about colleges. Why aren’t we training our young ones to go to entrepreneur school? Where are the good green entrepreneurs coming from? Looks like the sustainable household is also a entrepreneurial home business test bed.

For the bargain price of just $40 you can get your kid a re-usable lunch kit. Maybe now is the time to winter the discontent of our young ones in paper and plastic recycled lunch kits. There is something almost “Star Trek” about it.

Looks like soccer moms are good for something besides voting for Sarah Palin (Bible Spice). The greening of the lunch preparation pastime joins forces with the back to school calendar happening around the nation this time of year. Those brown bags cost our environment.

The goal for the makers of the lunch kits is to bring awareness to parents through the employment of the lunch kit as a reminder to re-use and recycled what is possible. Since it is usally parents who make the school lunchs, the idea will evolve with use. And re-use.

The beach insulated lunch sack is made from recycled plastic bottles. Plasticware made from recycled materials is included. A colorful re-usable drawstring bag encloses everything. A stainless steel thermos is read for re-using time and again.
