Manage Your Junk!

Construction waste is a common sight when the construction work is done and the residence is awaiting final permits and inspections. But the bulk of it can be eliminated entirely with good green planning and sustainable building practices. Bulk refuse, discarded materials, scraps, teardown waste and some reclaimable wood and metals may be carted off at additional gas consumption to a landfill where the drainwater will pollute the water table. Construction waste is an avoidable problem in green building and eco-friendly architectural planning. Interior design work can be managed to reduce the overall project footprint with respect to noise pollution, waste materials destined for the landfill, and off gassing and other problems.
