Check out a new site I happened upon called Sustainable Business.com that sorts job opportunities by sustainability and reducible re-use values. Lots of these types of sites are up but they are run by scripts or merely linked to search engines. It’s nice to see green energy and sustainable ads on a website with fully supported functionality.
I really liked the international conference listings in the Events sections and the daily news thing looked cool. The Green Dream Jobs had a mouth watering array of singularly appealing green careers.
I appreciate the Green investing section and I’ll have to browse that offline for some green reading. The Business Connections area had so many section I wanted to check out I realized I am going to invest some green energy of my own mastering the material. Not many “green” sites stand up to a serious drilldown.
My home city did not have any results, but the Los Angeles California area did. There are searched by keyword and the state or city can be left open. For those who can travel for work or relocate, this means a work search can happen that comprises a core competency or skill area in sustainable living like architecture, home design, or utilities management.

Then I did a search for Portland, Oregon, a place I know if there are any jobs they had better be sustainable ones or the townsfolk will get riled up. I would have expected a concentration of jobs there.
